SPECIFICS: Big Sky of Montana hires more than 350 new employees each
year to fill its 150 seasonal summer positions and 300 winter spots. All jobs are
seasonal. Winter seasonal staff should be available
from approximately mid-December through mid-April; summer seasonal staff should be
available from mid-June through mid-September. Winter staff selection occurs during the
latter part of November;
summer staff selection starts in mid-May. Positions are available for reservationists
(typing skills required), front desk clerks, accounting clerks, housekeepers, lift
operation staff (skiing ability required), sales clerks, dining room staff, and ski
instructors.
