We also accept VISA and MASTERCARD. Ads are generally posted within 2 days after receipt, although during peak periods it may take up to 10 days from receipt for your ad to appear. If you would like to write the text for your site, please submit a typewritten draft with your order. If you do not submit advertising text, we will contact the person listed on the advertising request form and Jobs in Paradise author Jeffrey Maltzman will draft language for your site in accordance with our copyrighted formula. You will have an opportunity to review and approve any text we draft before publication. Please submit any photos, logos, or artwork you would like to appear with your ad. If you enclose a return envelope we will try to return your artwork undamaged, but cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen artwork. You agree to hold Jeffrey Maltzman and Jobs in Paradise (hereafter "us") harmless and to defend and indemnify us if the materials you submit are claimed to be owned or copyrighted by others. Jobs in Paradise is not responsible for ad content and you agree to defend and indemnify us from any claims, lawsuits or demands arising from or relating to your ad. You grant us the right to use your ad or portions of it in promotional materials and /or in other parts of our web site as we deem appropriate at no cost. By submitting materials for publication you hereby represent that your business is legal, that you comply with all applicable Federal and state laws, and that all information submitted is accurate. We do not accept advertising from companies that do not comply with all applicable employment laws including minimum wage and equal opportunity employment regulations.

The Company Page and Company Site listings within the Jobs in Paradise site are fully searchable through our internal search engine. This means job seekers can find your ad by searching for any word contained within your listing. Ads using our special mirrored site promotion can be searched for keywords, but the full text may not be searchable since the text content for the listing is stored on your Internet service provider’s system rather than on our internal system. To ensure the reliability and accessibility of our site, we use Mindspring as our Internet Service Provider. Hit counts to our site are as reported to us by Mindspring. We are not responsible for errors or omissions of Mindspring, if any. We reserve the right to change Internet Service Providers at any time in our sole discretion.

It is hereby agreed and accepted that disputes of any kind or nature whatsoever between you and us, shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami, Florida to the exclusion of all other courts or venues. This agreement is governed by Florida law. In the event of litigation between us, each party shall bear their own attorneys fees and costs, except in the case of actions to collect moneys owed to Jobs in Paradise in which case Jobs in Paradise shall be entitled to collect its reasonable attorneys fees up to $1,500 to enforce such payment. Ads are non-refundable. Please check your online ad within 15 days to ensure prompt correction of any errors. We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our web site information.
